Abstract
The genetic polymorphism was analyzed by RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) in 14 lotus accessions.Eight stable and repeatable RAPD bands amplified with two primers,RAPD-C13 and RAPD-D15 coming from five Operon's primers and eighty SBS's primers, were selected for the construction of DNA fingerprinting,in which each lotus had its unique fingerprinting pattern.
