Abstract
Graduation project is a key link of undergraduate teaching activity. How to fulfill a successful graduation project has always been a topic concerned by universities and teachers. Investigation is made in each grade in school of Mechanical and Auto Engineering in 2002, and all factors affect graduation project are sought out by thorough analysis upon the result. Therefore it is expected to be of any guidance toward management of graduation project.
