Abstract
The paper makes a more systematic explanation of the standard of a leisure city and makes an overall elaboration about basic problems of urban leisure from the perspective of planning practice.It also makes an in-depth study on such problems as industrial system of urban leisure,recreational mode of urban leisure and spatial constitution of urban leisure.
