Abstract
According to a variety of unequal phenomena in American environmental protection movement and civil rights movement,an environmental justice movement to strive for equal environmental rights and environmental responsibility took place in the 1980s.The development of environmental justice movement,encourages the deepening of American environmental protection movement and the adjustment of environmental protection policy,initiating the tide of global environmental justice.
