Abstract

By comparing the laws of natural science, especially the laws of physics, with the laws of economics, this paper points out that laws are all generalization of experience regularity but show different properties in physics and economics.Laws of physics are of physical necessity, and under certain initial conditions and bounded conditions, the consequence can be necessarily deduced from the laws of physics. The laws of economics are tendency laws, which are also of universality and necessity, but the consequence can not be necessarily deduced from the laws of economics because of lots of disturbing force and countervailing force. And we can say all laws are tendency laws, whose restricted conditions and degree of universality are different from each other.
