The Research on the Problem of Urban Village Demolition and Migrant Workers Housing Safeguard——Taking the Village Mutazai in Xi'an for Example

With a large number of migrant workers working in the city,their housing safeguard issues are becoming increasing prominent.Most migrant workers rent houses for living from the urban villages where the rent price is lower.But in recent years,the wide range of urban village demolition made them lost the main settled places.Where migrant workers go to live has become a big dilemma.The compensation of urban village demolition mainly involves the local residents,while migrant workers as tenants have not been considered during the removal process.Therefore,it is necessary to specialize in the research on this problem and put forward the corresponding policy to compensate losses of these rural migrant workers during the removal process.
