Abstract
Embarking from the substantive characteristics of art,this article thoroughly analyzes the artistic feeling,the artistic creation rules and people's emotional orientation of art appreciation from the philosophical point of view.This article discusses the artistic feeling formation condition,classifies the artistic creation process and tools and also elaborates the principal characteristics of artistic works from a unique angle of view.This article basically answers the question of What is Art? from the philosophy stratification plane,and proposes a series of brand new concepts and method of artistic research.It is a leap of understanding of art and artistic creation.
