The Basic Citizen Rights Not in the Constitution

In this paper,ways of comparison and value are adopted to introduce the basic citizen rights,which should follow the basic and rational principles.In the amendment of constitution,the contents of basic citizen rights should be expanded and stipulations should be made clear to embody the tenet of constitution that restricts power and guarantee rights.And in the meantime the interpreting rights of constitution should be kept in the law courts.In the constitution the unlisted items of rights should be made to establish the principle to guarantee the citizen rights.
