Abstract
According to the hydrological characteristic of Hepu Reservoir Basin,this paper utilizes the dispersed Xinanjiang model of three water sources to research the real-time flood forecast model for the Hepu Reservoir Basin.This paper also identifies the optimal parameters in the model of basin runoff and concentration and the revision model of real-time flood forecast.The model of basin runoff and concentration is applied in the actual flood forecast,and the results of flood forecast are calibrated by utilizing the two different real-time flood forecast models to adjust the results of forecast.
