Abstract
Mixed censoring is a useful extension of Type I and Type II censoring. This paper investigate a model of single sampling acceptance plan for the Weibull distribution with mixed censoring. An explicit expression of the Bayes risk for a reliability decision loss function is given. Comparisons of model with mixed censoring and that with Type I censoring shows our model is superior to the model by Chen and Lam (1999).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
