Abstract
Precipitation process with calcium chloride as the precipitant was used to treat high concentra-tion phosphorus-containing wastewater, the effects of calcium chloride dosage,pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time on phosphorus removal were investigated. The results showed that, calcium chloride had good removal ability for phosphorus, when the n(Ca) ∶ n(P) was 1.5 ∶ 1,the pH value was 9.50,the reaction temperature was 25 ℃,the reaction time was 30 min,the removal rate of phosphorus reached 99.90%.
