Abstract

The key content of construction management is for owner to manage the contract of engineering construction.The owner must set up a strong contract and law consciousness,and pay attention to the work of drawing up and signing a contract document,especially to the management of implement of the contract.The control of quality,the rate of advance in engineering and the cost are the three most important aspects of contract management.
