Abstract
Projector has a tendency of micromation as the technology of LCOS develops. As a result, UHP, the traditional light source, cannot meet the requirements of the micro-projector. We uses two Osram LE ATB A2A LED sources as the source of 0.47 inch/F1.7 LCOS micro-projector. Illumination system which includes light pipe and polarization converter system was designed. The light is uniformed and collected on the LCOS to the best of its ability.
