Abstract

Nowadays,the management of college students is facing the following problems:insufficient amount of students' advisors,unscientific structure of advisors' team;superficial management of students;simplex pattern of management;low quality of student leaders.In order to strengthen the management of college students,we should heighten our understanding of its status,be more creative,strengthen the leadership,improve management system,exert major function of political course,make full use of the Internet to strengthen the information construction of students' management,and build up the service system focusing onthree projects.
