Abstract

Showing the features of teaching in situation,progress,assessment and reflection in the process is one of the important ways to improve teaching efficiency and quality,which is helpful for the specialization of teachers with creative thoughts and emotional communication.Every teacher has the task of exploring reflective teaching in their practice.The important sources of knowledge,technology and other teaching resources are the communication between the teachers and colleagues,as well as teachers’ teaching experience and reflection.
