Abstract

The article uses ActionScript development language, XML technology, Access database to achieve teaching platform. Finally, we take the Foundation of University Computer course for example. The article gives platform design and implementation of programs. It also researches dynamic online Flash Teaching Platform design principles and basic requirements.
