Abstract

To study the soil fertilities and soil enzymes activities in intercropping rubber plantation and pure rubber plantation of tapping age A( 1 ~10 years old, the first yield period) and B( 11 ~20 years old, the growest and yieldest period). The results showed that the soil fertilities and soil enzymes activities were higher in intercropping rubber plantation than in pure rubber plantation. Soil organic matter, total N, available N were higher in B which was in the highest yield period than that in A which was in the initial period. Available K and available P were inverted. The activities of catalase, urease, phosphatase were higher that in B which was in the highest yield period than that in A which was in the initial period. The activities of soil invertase and polyphenol oxidase were inverted. In the A intercropping rubber plantations, the activities of soil phosphatase had close positive correlation with the soil organic matter, total N, available N, available P. The activities of soil urease had close positive correlation with available P. Phosphatase and urease could be indicated the status of soil fertilities. In the B intercropping rubber plantations, The activities of soil catalase had close positive correlation with the soil organic matter, available N. The activities of soil Invertase had close positive correlation with available P. Catalase and invertase could be indicated the status of soil fertilities.
