Abstract

As non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)be used widely in clinic, its gastrointestinal mucoca damage has received more attention.Among the proton pump inhibitor drugs preventing injury of gastrointestinal mucosa related with NSAIDs.Esomeprazole as the first global single heterogeneous proton pump inhibitor, with relatively unique metabolic pathway, have more durable and efficient effect of acid suppression, more stable in the dynamics, smaller individual differences, and lower adverse reaction than other proton pump inhibitor drugs.
