When manufacture part which with curved surface by of contour machining,the shape of profile modeling is not as same as the part,they also without simple relation of minify or magnify.To the solution,the movement of contact wheel centre of profile modeling and outside curve of contact wheel round group is given out,then get the method to calculate the curve's geometrical figure of the profile modeling.The method is exemplified with a example of calculating the profile modeling of contour machining part which with revolving curved surface.
