Analysis of Information Interaction Between Urban Hospital and Community Health Service Center in 3 Different Interactive Models

Objective To investigate the information interactive situation of clinicians who worked in large-scale hospitals and community health service centers to propose suggestions for the interactive relationship between them.Method By using typical sampling method,clinicians of municipal public hospitals in Wuhan,Enshi,Shenzhen and Nanchang are investigated.Result The cognitive situation of hospital-establishing managing pattern is the best in communication between urban hospitals and community health service centers.The influencing factors are interactive model,sex,professional title,cognition on two-way referral and name of community health service center,necessity of communication with community staff about patients' family history.Conclusion Communication expectation from doctors in hospitals to community centers is not high,and communication consciousness hasn't been established.Government should supervise that hospital should enhance the education and propaganda to women doctors,and middle and low title of technical post;meanwhile it should supervise community health service institutes to enhance the service level and ability to establish a stable and harmonious information interactive system.
