Abstract
Based on analyzing characteristics and missions of military satellite communication system,put forward concepts of military satellite communication system effectiveness evaluation and build the index system.Realize evaluation of military satellite communication system effectiveness by acquiring and quantizing the index.By analyzing the credibility it indicates that the evaluation and index system are reasonable in logic,practicable in reality,and valid in method.
