Research on the Construction of Literature Information Resources in Library of New Universities——A Case Study of Shandong Women's College

The construction of literature information resources in university library directly influences the schoolrunning level and the long-term development of universities. In the construction of literature information resources in library of new universities there exist such problems as the improper communication between departments in library,the unsatisfied overall quality of library staff, the unreasonable structure of library collection and a small number of quality books. In addition, there still exist many problems in the interactive relations between the teaching research development and the construction of literature information resources, which restricts the sustainable development of universities to a certain extent. In the construction of library literature information resources, we should closely revolve around the university teaching, scientific research and development plan, accurately position it and do better in the construction of the characteristic collection resources, and meanwhile analyze the reader's demands, establish the collection system to adapt to the needs of teaching and scientific research, follow up in time and strengthen the construction of disciplinary resources.
