Abstract
To properly interpret the signification of“intruding into another person's residence to rob”, we should add restrictive conditions under the guidance of restrained explanation. The “residence”should be difinitioned for the place where a person lives. “Intruding the residence”should be comprehend for going into the house illegally with the aim of robbing. “Robbing”should be explained for intimidating or subjugating the household in the residence.
