Abstract
Objective To summarize the senile lumbar spinal stenosis disease diagnosis,treatment,and preoperative assessment and prognostic analysis.Methods Thirty three cases of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease,after treatment for preoperative diagnosis and systemic complications,were given the lumbar posterior vertebral plate decompression,removal of nucleus pulposus,vertebral pedicle screw system internal fixation surgery.Results Postoperative symptoms and complications after active treatment,were all eviated.Conclusion Elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,as long as master the operation indications strictly,active cure disease,using the appropriate surgical method,which is the ideal treatment effect can be achieved.
