Abstract

Graduation thesis is an important practical teaching step of talent training in colleges and universities.Based on practice of local colleges and universities,the paper analyses the causes of the problems on graduation thesis quality in local colleges and universities from student,teacher and management system.The countermeasures are proposed to improve graduation thesis quality from following aspects such as management mechanism,guidance capability,students' requirements and process management.
