Influence of setting up Material Flow Gate towards Factory Material Flow

Abstract

Reducing the workload of material handling is the most important part of cutting down the cost of material flow. Adopting the way of systematic layout planning, analysing a layout planning of a motorcycle factory, the article finds out that setting up material flow gate can reduce the workload of material handling so much and can reach the goal of reducing the costs.
