Abstract
Mo2FeB2 ternary boride cermet coating with Ni60 bond coating was prepared on the steel substrate by reactive flame spraying. The effects of induction heating and Ni60 bond coating on the phase composition, microstructure and interfacial structure of the coating were investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the microstructure becomes more compact with the increase of heating time, and the interfacial combination becomes strong, which is beneficial to the improvement of the interfacial bonding strength in the experimental condition.
