Abstract

Population problem,with which development has much to do,is an economic problem as well as a social problem.As China has a large population,the significance of population problem must be considered from a strategic point of view.the problem must be placed at the first position in the process of sustainable development to realize four modernizations and to bring about a sustained and stable growth of the national economy in China.
