Abstract

The emergence of political party leading the has reflected the revolutionary partisan headed by Sun Yat-Sen who wanted to set up the mode of the new-type arms. This also has reflected the reality that the party’s influence in army. It played an important role in adjusting the Civil—Military Relations, reforming army system and constructing modern army strength, removing rival principalities and accomplishing unity. Its development enables us to understand the modern China military administration.
