Abstract
Although the manned space flight has made great progress, the problems that astronauts adapt to weightlessness in the outer space and the readjustment after their return to the earth, have not been fully solved in both theory and practice. The pathogenetic mechanisms of space adaptation syndrome and its countermeasures remain an important task of aerospace medicine.Nowadays,it is unable to create long-term weightlessness environment on the ground, while we can realize the ground-based weightlessness simulation experiments according to the physiological effects of microgravity on the body. This paper summarizes the experiments in humans and animals of ground-based weightlessness simulation, and provide references to the relevant researches under conditions of ground-based weightlessness simulation.
