Vinorelbine plus Cisplatin for The Treatmant of 30 Cases with Advanced Breast Cancer

Abstract

To investigate the effect o f Vinorelbine plus Cisplatin(NP)regimen for advanced breast cancer.Thirty cases with breast cancer stageⅢ～Ⅳwere treated with NP regimen(NVB25mg/m 2 iv d1,8,DDP was35mg/m 2 iv d1~3).Eighteen cases were primary treated,the others were previously trea ted.The response rate(RR)of primary treated group was72%(13/18),while t hat of previously treated group was50%(6/12).The overall RR was63%.The medium du ration of response and medium survival time were9months and17months,respectively .[Conclusions]NP regimen is effective in treating advameed breast cancer and gen erally well tolerated,further studies are required.
