Abstract
Objective:To compare the anti-anginal efficacy, improvement in living quality and the security of trimetazidine and sorbitrate in patients with stable angina. Method:60 cases were randomly divided into trimetazidine(20 mg,tid) group(n=30) and sorbitrate(10 mg,tid) group(n=30) during 2003.1~2004.3. The total period of treatment was 24 weeks. The following indexers were investigated before, the 12 weeks and after treatment:(1)Clinical treatment efficacy; (2)Improvement of the ECG parameters; (3)The reduce amount of Nitroglycerin; (4)Improvement of living quality; (5)The security evaluation. Result:The parameters of trimetazidine group were remarkably better than sorbitrate group(P 0.05) and trimetazidine was few adverse effects. Conclusion:The treatment of trimetazidine is effective and safe for patients with stable angina. It can improve the clinical treatment efficacy and living quality significantly.
