Abstract
The teachers' thinking belongs to Non-everyday thinking which has rationality,consciousness and openness in the view of culture-philosophy.Teachers' thinking is easy to be dissimilated from Non-everyday thinking to everyday thinking for being restricted by traditional culture and inherent conflict between teachers as to be ordinary men and a special group.Depending on self-reflection of culture and culture enlightenment and institutional norms,the transcend of teachers' thinking will come ture.
