Abstract
Diffences of host-selection by Liriomyza sativae Blanchard amony families of Leguminosea,Cucurbitaceae,Solanaceae,Cruciferea and Compositae;and amony different species of the same family and amony different varieties of Vigna sinensis (L.) Savi, were studied by the means of variance analysis and cluster analysis of eggs per visual field, feeding points per visual field and punctures per visual field in leaves of different crops. It was found that L. sativae could feed and ovipositize eggs on all the crops studied;hot-selection by L. sativae was not only possibly different among families, among genus, and among species, but also among varieties;the selecting sequence of L. sativae was as follows:Leguminosea,Cucurbitaceas,Solanaceae,Cruciferae and Compositae.
