On Innovation of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the foundation to maintain stability of college routine work as well as a reliable guarantee for students' learning and growth.However,due to the impact of the traditional thoughts,there exist issues such as the weakening of students' subjectivity,loose target-orientation and low efficiency in ideological and political work.Therefore,we must implement people-oriented concept in ideological and political education in colleges and universities to improve its effectiveness.
