System of compensation for spiritual damages in tort liability has been recognized by legislation,but for the mental damage compensation for breach of contract,the Contracts Act takes a negative attitude.The pursuit of spiritual interests,makes contract with a moral purpose growing,the legislation of mental damage compensation system for breach of contract also has been attracted more legal concern.A bold attempt to establish a system of compensation for moral damages for breach of service contracts,will promote the health of the contract law system.
