Abstract
AIM To evaluate the value of Doppler echocardiography and tissue Doppler imaging(DTI)in assessing left ventricular diastolic pressure.METHODS Seventy-nine patients were divided into three groups:the normal group, the impaired relaxation group and the pseudonormal group. The transmitral flow velocity, mitral annular motion velocity and pulmonary venous flow velocity were measured.RESUTTS The E/e ratio was related well to the mean left ventricular diastolic pressure(mLVDP).CONCLUSION The E/e ratio is of high valuable in estimating the elevated mLVDP.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
