Abstract

45 steel is medium carbon high quality carbon structural steel,cutting performance is good.After heat treatment process,the strength and plasticity is very high,therefore,in the machinery manufacturing industry has been widely used in the field.In this paper,at first the traditional 45 steel heat treatment process were summarized,and then analysis 45 steel heat treatment process common problems and puts forward the measures to solve the 45 steel heat treatment process control research to provide the reference.
