Abstract

The effect of industrial structure on the employment promotion was analyzed to find which industry was the most effective factor. On the basis of relevant data of the industry and employment structures from 1990 to 2012,the methods of comparative analysis,ADF unit root test and multiple regression analysis were applied to find that primary industry was the most effective industry to promote the employment of Jiangsu province from 1990 to 2002,and the second industry was more effective than others from 2003 to 2012.
