Abstract
USB interface has been widely used in industries and consumer electronics.Based on USB protocol,a USB interface IC,PDIUSBD12,was investigated.The USB interface circuit was described with Verilog and implemented in Xilinx FPGA XC4VLX160.Synthesis results showed that the circuit cost 1 061 slices and 1 898 LUTs,and the critical path took 8.349 ns.Test results demonstrated that the interface circuit performed well and was suitable for practical applications.
