Abstract
【Objective】To study the effect of TM and polysaccharides(derived from TM)on mice, whose immune function is low.【Method】Mice were given the dexamethasone(DEX) by intragastrically with pipe, the immune functions of humoral were examined in the mouse after administrated TM,polysaccharides extract and Astragalus membranaceous after 7 days of inoculated TM and polysaccharides.【Result】TM(4g/kg·d) and polysaccharides(0.5g/kg·d) improved phagocytic index of macrophage.Higher doses of TM could also distinctly enhance the number of PFC and macrophage phagocytic percentage.【Conclusion】 TM and polysaccharides extract could enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.
