Application Effect Analysis of Quality Control Management in Medical Record Management

Objective Through building the medical record quality department, to improve medical record management quality and efficiency. According to the records of 17 department in quality control work effect analysis, to focus on importance of the quality control works in the medical record management. Method The hospital controlled terminal medical quality of 17 departments, the contrast method and descriptive statistics method are mainly used for quality control before and after the charges of the medical record quality control effect analysis. Result Through the medical records management to quality control, medical record quality has been improved significantly. The first class medical record rate rises significantly, class B case rate drops, and there is no class C medical record. The specific problems in medical record writing are improved. Conclusion Medical record quality management has remarkable effect on medical record quality improvement.
