Abstract
In this paper, a particular review of several high frequency equivalent circuit models of resonant tunneling diodes(RTD) is given, and the applied conditions of several models are analyzed and discussed. It is suggested that, in the limit of 40 GHz, the high frequency character ization of RTD based on CECM is successful.
