Diagnosis and treatment of inconspicuous penis

Objective:To evaluated the definition and the classification of inconspicuous penis and to choose a proper surgical management to improve the effects of various kind of surgical management.Methods:Thirty-six cases of inconspicuous penis were treated, including 27 cases of buried penis,5 cases of webbed penis and 4 cases of trapped penis.Results:All patients have been followed up for 3～12 months .They had an effective exposure of penis postoperatively. The appearances of the penis were satisfactorily improved.Conclusions:The surgical treatment is necessary for inconspicuous penis. Giving the classification to the inconspicuous penis will be able to select optimal surgical method.
