Abstract
Laboratory screening cellulase producing bacterial strain BS-05 was the purpose bacterial strain, the best conditions for its production of cellulase was studied. The experiment results were:2% CMC-Na as the carbon source,2% peptone and 2% dusty yeast as the nitrogen source, the initial fermentation medium pH was adjusted to 7,liquid volume was 60mL/250mL,inoculum size was 5%,37℃,cultivated 48h at 150r/min. Under these conditions, its enzyme producing ability was the strongest,in the crude extract, cellulose enzyme activity was the highest, carboxy methyl cellulase CMCA activity reached to 195.46U/mL,filter paper enzyme activity FPA reached to 174.52U/mL.
