Analysis of Geological Structure Features and Formation Mechanism in Xutuan Coalmine

Abstract

Due to the complex geological structure of Xutuan,which bring out adverse effects for Coal mining.This paper according to large number of fault the Xutuan mine fold structural features and distribution law,systematic analysis the development characteristics of the geological structure of the study area,and from the mine in which the coal basin tectonic evolution start,combined with the regional tectonic background within the mining area different tectonic stress field characteristics and structure formation mechanism was discussed. The results show the overall structural form in the region of a north-south trending,eastward tilt-relief monoclinic structure,local development sub-fold by a series of faults cutting the transformation of a complex situation; mine constructed four tectonic movement experienced the results of the different phases of tectonic portfolio formed mine complex tectonic pattern of early Yanshanian activities of decisive significance for the formation of the overall structure contour. The final pattern is adapted from acting on the basis of Yanshanian.
