Abstract
According to the serious building energy consumption problems,by the building energy efficiency condition nowadays,a research is operated on the sustainable development and utility of building energy efficiency in our country.Focusing on the new technology or measures in the building envelope and the exploration and utilization of new building energy,several energy efficiency methods are correspondingly provided.The study turn out that such measures exhibit heterogeneous effect of energy-saving,indicating the effectiveness of these approaches.The research provides a theory basis for energy efficiency control of actual construction and contributes to the sustainable development of building energy efficiency in our country with a strong practical interest.
