Abstract
In order to saving the amount of organic solvent in the course of sample pretreatment for detecting the multiresiduel in soil, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) water solution was used to extract atrazine, DDT, acetochlor, tricyclazole, quintozene and deltamethrin from soil under subcritical condition. A solid phase extraction (SPE) method was used to concentrate and purify the extraction. By means of changing the extraction temperature, time and the varieties of organic additives, the enrichment condition was optimized as 3% SDS solution extract 15 min at 180 °C. Compare with other extraction methods, the subcritical water extraction method showed convenience, shorter handling time and lower solvent consumption.
