Abstract

A lot of typical structures and working mechanisms of angular accelerometers abroad and at home were given in the paper. Combining with the analysis of developing trend and characteristics of other angular accelerometers, a novel micromachined angular accelerometer with fluid inertial mass was proposed. Micro-fluid angular accelerometer only detects the angular accelerometer in the direction of input axis, and it can effectively separate the linear acceleration and vibration.
