Institutional Barrier to Increase Income of Farmer's Land Property and Its Solution

Improve the system of transfer of rural land property rights,is an important channel to increase farmers' land property income. As to these system obstacles,design a usufruct right cored farmers' land rights beam system,confirm the real rights effectiveness of farmer land property rights transfer,allocate land development rights,improve the peasant collective land expropriation system,put forward and demonstrate targeted composite,in order to provide referential institution innovation so as to implement the Party's eighteen plenary session's policy decision of entitle farmers more property rightsand explore the channels for peasants to increase property income .
